Staff were fantastic! Special thanks to Miriam at front desk and Rafael at the bar! Views from our room were breathtaking, all inclusive option is great value for money, choice of food is wide. Rooms clean. Just wifi is very slow!!!

All in all, it's luxurious place that has very professional staff with superb customer service from the staff. The a la carte restaurant in the hotel is very nice which serves snack type food.

Public small pebble beach just across the promenade. Nice view to the sea, but only from the higher priced sea view rooms.
We got trapped in the elevator when we arrived!!!!! They rescued us, but treated us very poorly during the event and after - not even an excuse!!! (After we had complained about this unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour, we have been offered a bottle of cheap hotel wine).

The cleanliness of the hotel is a good standard and as it was a family holiday we enjoyed the location.
Having been to the hotel many times this visit was disappointing as not all the facilities at the hotel are free now, if you want to go to the indoor pool you have to pay extra as with the sunbeds that face the beach. On my first visit to the hotel when it opened the sunbeds were even out at the beach across the walk way.

The hotel was very impressive & clean
The staff never smiled & did not appear very customer friendly We booked a room with sea view and they gave us a room on the bottom floor with no sea view & said we had booked sea side view, we did get the room changed as I had my confirmation stating sea view booked. I paid extra to have tea/coffee facilities which were topped up each day but I had to chase the top ups every day & sometimes it as 7pm before I got them

Lovely surroundings. Staff pleasant and helpful. Nice room. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of fresh bread. Ability to dine outside.
The standard and choice of food has deteriorated. The food was often only Luke warm. When we dined at 8.30 many of the dishes were almost empty and were not refilled. Cappucino ordered in the bar was not made with ground coffee. Coffee at breakfast tasted awful. We are sure that the the pizza we had at the pool bar was a frozen one heated in the microwave.

The pools and plenty of loungers. The buffet breakfast bar and the service from the staff on duty. The quietness of the rooms.
We were given room 351 which was supposed to have the sea view that we requested. It did not have a view of anything other than the tropical trees and other plants which were within a metre of the balcony. The room was exceedingly dark as well. We asked for another room and were told one would not be available however when we asked again 2 hours later and after we had unpacked a new room was allocated to us, this was a vast improvement but what a shame that we had to be upset at the start of our holiday. Someone from reservations needs to look at the rooms on that block to ensure that the planting has not taken the views away.

The beautifully landscaped pools were so serene, and the cute lobby area had a charm that felt just right. It was easy to navigate.
Needed more seating options for evening entertainment.

Our stay at H10 Adeje Palace was superb. It is in a lovely area of Tenerife. There was a mixture of couples and families but the facilities are so varied and in a large hotel setting you did not feel people were encrouching on your holiday. The entertainment was good and lots going on in the different areas of the hotel. We would definatly stay here again.
The food was very bland and basic. The pillows were lumpy.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a lovely beach and great dining options. The pools are beautifully landscaped, and the breakfast had good choices that we really enjoyed.
Some room inconsistencies, like varying amenities and outdated decor.

Room nice and pleasant, the poolside was very attractive plus romantic to walk around in the evening, hotel spacious and airy. Staff very helpful,
Food though lots of choice, it was lukewarm where should have been hot. Water should be free at meal times. Location was out of the way, but there was a bus service till 9pm. No night life, bar the hotels in area, Entertainment for our ten days stay was Spanish orientated.
